Return Policy
If our socks do not meet your expectations we will gladly replace them at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase date. Please provide proof of purchase with the return (invoice or packing slip is acceptable) and an explanation of what you would like done.
When returning items, use a traceable carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc), insure the package, and retain the tracking information for your protection. Arriva Inc is not responsible for any missing, lost, or damaged packages in transit. Postage and return shipping fees are not refundable unless product is defective or wrong style was sent. All orders with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Any item that is returned and does not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer. Packages refused will be subject to a 50% restocking fee minus all shipping charges.
